Two Days To Build Your Practice

I haven’t written for the sake of promotion since last August when I went on my launch/promotional blitz and hated it. Those of you who hung in there with me through that, thanks!

Last week I talked about how one of the company values is that we are ambitious and not afraid to sell. Then I sat down to write this post and found that I was, in fact, stupidly squeamish about telling you about what I truly consider an opportunity.

If we were having coffee I wouldn’t feel that way. Like if you said, “I’m spinning my wheels and I don’t know what I need to do to stay on track during the workweek” or “I don’t have any clients yet and I’m starting to fear that the phone will never ring” or “The mindset stuff is throwing me for a loop and I feel guilty charging a decent amount” or “I know some people are making group practice work but I can’t figure out how to optimize mine.”

If you said any of those things, I’d finish chewing my biscotti (because manners are important) and say, “You know, Brew Your Practice is addressing all those things.

Joe Sanok, Jane Carter & I are filling in each other’s gaps to create the most helpful, fun, tasty event around. Consulting with each of us is expensive, so we thought a lower cost, two day event would give folks great bang for their buck as well as promote community (you know how I looooove community). Between the 3 of us, we have over 20 years of private practice experience. We’ve had practices all over the country. We’ve fallen on our faces and screwed up all over the place and want to keep you from making the same mistakes. We’ve figured out what it takes to succeed and all love sharing that info so you can build the kick ass practice you want.

That’s what I’d say if we were having coffee, because letting people know what you offer is an important part of any business. Just because I burned myself out on email promotion a year ago doesn’t make me spammy and if you have a correlate experience, it doesn’t make you spammy either.

The truth is, I’ve been looking forward to Brew Your Practice for months. The talking points, the experiential exercises, the individual consulting it comes with, the marketing plans people will walk away with, hanging out with the people who have already signed up and my good friends Joe and Jane… it’s going to be awesome. I’m really excited about the social time getting to know one another over some amazing craft beers (or alternative beverage).

Brew Your Practice is going to be in Asheville, NC September 29th-30th. It costs $1,275. Check out the info to see if it’s a fit and email me if you have any questions. Joe, Jane & I would love to meet you!
