The supervision environment should be one that offers you a safe place to express yourself, and to share your concerns, thoughts, and feelings. It is important for you to set goals for yourself. We will also be doing this together. We would like for you to feel a sense of direction and accomplishment so that we can gauge growth and success. Sometimes we don’t know what we need to work on until it presents itself in the moment. There will be space to allow for the unexpected to emerge.
