You haven’t had the opportunity to get good clinical supervision in the past or in your current job/private practice, and you are missing the emotional support that you yearn for. It is feeling like you’re working alone, even if you are surrounded by a team, and could really use someone to bolster your confidence and encourage your clinical growth.
Helping you to identify what is going on inside of yourself as you approach your clinical work is something I’m passionate about. I will work with you on a self-care and life-balancing plan, so that you can show up as your best self, to do your best clinical and supervision work possible. I will give you that support and encouragement that you need, while challenging you to develop your own clinical style and further your professional development.
If you work in a private or group practice, hospital or crisis center, or other community agency, I would love to support you in your clinical work. I am familiar with all of these settings and can adapt my supervision to your needs. If you are also looking for program development, intern or supervisee oversight, or management skills, I can help. I highly value group work and will likely encourage you to join one of our supervision groups or consultation groups to help you meet your supervision goals.
I provide individual supervision and consultation along with supervision of your supervision. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and an ally, and I welcome diversity in all forms. I tend to be more conversational in my supervision style but we will get things done and you will reach your professional growth goals!
