About Stephanie Clairmont, MHSc:
Stephanie Clairmont is the founder and lead facilitator at The Leveraged Practice. She is also a retired registered dietitian who completed her MHSc and dietetic internship at the University of Toronto in 2009.
After working as a dietitian for 2 years, Stephanie quickly identified her desire to support clients in her own way and opened the Clairmont Digestive Clinic in Waterloo, Ontario. She grew the practice to capacity within the first year. As clients began to seek her expertise in IBS and digestive health, she started taking clients from around Ontario, then around Canada, and very quickly from countries around the world.
Seeing a need for more accessible care for her clients who were driving 3 hours to meet with her and to keep up with demand, Stephanie started to learn about how to create online education for her private practice. At the same time, Stephanie was teaching colleagues about the techniques she was using in her practice and knew she needed a better way to educate.
Her time was getting maxed out and she knew she wanted to increase her impact, continue to support clients and colleagues and increase revenues in her practice. Stephanie started her first live program in 2012, which she brought online in 2013. That year she wrote her book, the IBS Masterplan, and started to sell digital resources online.
Since 2013 Stephanie has re-designed her program several times - it is now in it's 5th form as the Clairity Digestive Program which enrolled over 1500 people in 2018. She has developed and delivered over 10 programs online to clients and colleagues, launched dozens of times and supported thousands of people.
Stephanie has supported hundreds of colleagues with her webinars and online programs to build their own practice and launch online programs. She has worked intimately with a handful of professionals to help them launch online programs with great sucess making multiple 5-figures in their launches and reaching hundreds of clients.
With The Leveraged Practice Workshop, Stephanie continues to leverage what she's learned in practice. The workshop framework and live elements are based on research, best practices and Stephanie's own experience to help other health profesionals develop, launch and deliver health programs that will change their client's lives just as well, if not better, than the one to one services they provide.
