Guest Kelly McCullough joins me in today’s episode to share practical tips for building a thriving private-pay group practice and to walk us through her journey from solo practitioner to group practice owner. She opens up about managing a clinical caseload, navigating marketing and networking, and the lessons she’s learned along the way. We also dig into the realities of group practice ownership—from mindset and financial hurdles to leadership, community support, and the strategies that have helped her create lasting success.
